The picture for Item Id: GTO-SW2000XLS-R4415
show six Torx screws as part of the package. When my package arrived, it did not contain the six screws. These Torx screws are not easy to come by. I called and asked to have the screws sent to me and was assured they would be.
After waiting for a week with no word, I purchased my own set of phillips screws. Not very happy with accuracy of my order and with the service I received. |
