Gate arm was shipped very quickly after ordering. Packaging for the arm was very sufficient and complete. I encountered some difficulties in starting up the new gate arm, but Arthur was very helpful in troubleshooting the problem and I am very satisfied with the purchase and tech support from Gate Openers Unlimited |

Overall my experience with ordering the GTO SW3000XLS was good, delivered on-time, and works well also. My only complaint with the GTO system is with the layout and connections of the wires and other components with the main board. I think some thought should be given as to how this could be made easier, more organized (some of the optional circuit boards such as the controls for the buried driveway sensors have no place designed for them to be held), and more reliable. It is too easy to end up with a rat's nest of wires and trying to find a way to keep it all organized is a real challenge. But once installed the underlying design is fairly robust and it does a good job of helping diagnose problems if there are any. |

My experience with ordering the GTO SW3000XLS online was easy, the price was reasonable as well. The product was delivered on time and in working great. Overall, I would recommend Gate Openers Unlimited and I will order more products in the future. |
