The order was shipped quickly. Professional installer wanted $2500 for whole new system, new arm took care of all issues. Been very pleased with Gate Openers Unlimited for parts. The replacement arm had 2 wires cut off flush with the insulation, I trimmed the insulation back and wired mine 1 for 1 with existing wiring and it works without issue. Alway write down or photo existing wiring before disconnecting! |

received quickly installed in no time worked fine the reason i replaced was water had got by seal and when we got a freezing night it froze solid and stripped the threads off the drive bushing.that was after 6 years of daily use and no maintenance issues . |

The motor arrived quickly and is working great. Seems we have to replace at least herm every 18 to 24 months, hoping this one will last at least that long. |

The Arm on my SW4000XLS died. I ordered a replacement
arm from GTO openers. It was shipped right away and received in great condition. The install was easy and it is operating well.
Will reorder from GTO Openers. |

I purchased it on line and canceled within 45 minutes. They shipped anyway. and took my money. I sent it back and they received it 09/17/ 2017 at 10:15 A.M. I have tried to contacted them several time and left messages and my phone number. No response. I just want my money back. |

Substantial improvement over the non-XLS model. The higher speed is appreciated, and performance is excellent both for the 4000XLS and 4200XLS I purchased. Highly recommended product. |

Installed this operator's arm in minutes. Set the closure limit. Lubricated the moving points- never looked back. Has worked dozens of time each day. NO issues or problems! . |
