This is a Genuine Genie replacement screw drive model circuit board. It comes with DIY detailed instructions to get your garage door opener back up and running quickly.

Compatible with models 4062, 4064 (Excelerator II, Excelerator 1000, PowerMax 1500, MachForce, TriloG 1500)
If you have a wall console that is gray with black buttons you will also need to purchase wall console 39165R or the circuit board wall console kit 38875R2.S

	Working fine, but..
	The circuit board worked fine, but I had to email because there’s differences in the board compared to my old board. Turns out it was an upgraded board, with different part number. This should be mentioned in the advertising to avoid confusion. Also after installing it the wall mount remote didn’t work. After another email I was told I needed a newer style wall mount. This also should be mentioned in the advertising. The newer wall mount button works fine. More information is needed on website. The price was good and my questions were answered quickly.
