The first gate opener arm started making noise and then finally stopped working. Spoke with Arthur, explained the issue and he recommended this replacement arm. Price was very reasonable, shipping was fast and the item was packaged well. Took about fifteen minutes to remove the old gate arm and install the new one and another ten minutes to route the cable.
Since everything was already set in the control box the system was back up and running like the original.
Highly recommend Gate Opener's Unlimited. Customer Service is first rate and the OEM products are new not rebuilds.
As a follow up I just order the GTO intercom from Arthur so I'm anxious to get that installed.

A little faster and quieter than the mighty mule junk they replaced and Gate Openers Unlimited has given me good service thus far. |

These are the guys to call on for parts for your GTO gate opener. Arthur in Technical Service did a great job answering all my questions. Getting the exact replacement part meant I had a drop-in replacement part with no extra work. |

Got the replacement arm installed at our Taos residence. Installation was easy. Required some recalibration. Works fine. Seems identical to the original arm it replaced. |
