Mighty Mule F6100MBC Gate Opener, GTO Wireless Intercom Keypad

After the first unit failed to work as designed, we got a replacement from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we are already having serious problems with the keypad making it nearly useless for those with a code to punch in. The rubberized numbers get stuck under the metal frame causing them to repeatedly activate and produce noise and requiring that we go out to fix it. Additionally, some numbers activate multiple times when trying to strike just once, causing the user to have to wait and start over again hoping the next time it works okay. Extremely poor design on the keypad will keep me from recommending this to anyone.

To start I want to say that Arthur has been the most accommodating person I have ever dealt with. I purchased the intercom base unit and it did not pair up to my older keypad. I called Arthur and he explained the problem so I purchase the new keypad. Arthur shipped it out the same day and had it in three days, only because of the weekend. Set it up and it worked perfectly. I have used Gate Openers Unlimited for a gate arm replacement a few months back and the same excellent customer service experience. I highly recommend this product and Gate Openers Unlimited as you go to source, I will always use them for a my gate opener needs. Thank you Arthur, you are a great help and a pleasure to work with.

This system is outstanding and a real value! This model (& the preceding model) served us extremely well, from a considerable distance from our home. (We only had to replace the units due to natural disaster - not a problem with the performance of the units.) This seller is stellar! All future gate equipment will be purchased here!
