Received circuit board in just a few days followed enclosed instructions to replace rev counter reassembled arm and it works perfectly -couldn’t be happier |

I received the part in a few days. It was properly packaged. I installed the circuit board. The actuator arm performed properly . Repair completed. It continues to work with no problems. |

Told by support that I needed a Rev counter. Bought and installed one. No change in reliability. Now I find a need entire gate arm. |

After changing rev board, that still wasn't the problem? The bearing was froze up on the shaft and after some lubrication it now works fine |

I called and talked with a tech, my problem was not listed in manual so he helped and as soon as the part came I began to take apart the unit- lots of screws- then carefully changed to the new part- worked!!! |
