	Thank you for the quick response. This was a direct replacement and installed with ease. I do have a suggestion for an upgrade. If I could put a plastic sleeve on the arm to protect from rain, this might keep water out and extend the life of the arm. What are your thoughts?

	I bought this unit a replacement for the dual set I purchased approximately 3.5 years ago. The original one had all kinds of issues with moisture getting in and freezing up. Currently, the limit switch is not working properly and will open up some then try to close. As far as durability, it is on the low end...but you get what you pay for. When it works, It's brilliant. Hopefully I can get more than 3-4 years out of this one.
