Company Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Orders may be placed online, by phone (305-696-5443), email ([email protected]). All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept money orders, business checks, wire transfers, and cashier’s checks, PayPal Checkout, Google Checkout. For personal checks, please allow a minimum of 7-15 business days for processing. All prices are set without shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise indicated.

Florida residents will be assessed 7.00% sales tax.

Prices and merchandise are subject to change without notice. Gate Openers Unlimited, Corp. is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors.


PROCESSING ORDERS
Orders are process Monday – Friday, 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M., Excluding Holiday’s.  In Stock orders will leave our facility within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.  If items are not in stock, the merchandise will either ship directly from manufacture or there will be a lead time of 3-5 business days until we receive merchandise at our facility. Gate Openers Unlimited will use UPS, FedEx, or USPS as a shipping carrier. We will use any of these three carriers without notice. If customer would like a specific carrier, please notify in the special instructions section of the checkout process.
Larger items (usually over 75 lbs.) are shipped by common carrier only, and are not available for expedited shipping. If merchandise / item(s) are in stock, it will ship within 24 hours.  Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, terminal locations, and / or other circumstance. Gate Openers Unlimited will not be reasonable for any delay of delivery times once item has left our facility or from manufactures facility.

RETURN / WARRANTY POLICY
We strongly recommend that all merchandise be inspected at time of delivery. If there is visible damage, please refuse the shipment and contact our customer service immediately at  [email protected],  Further, we also strongly recommend that all customers fully inspect merchandise within 24 hours of delivery. If there are any problems with your order, please contact our customer service, [email protected], as soon as possible. Any warranty issues or defective merchandise are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.

The original purchaser has a period of 30 days from date of order to return any item purchased for a refund. To protect the original factory box from any additional shipping damage, please place it inside another carton for return shipping. No Shipping Labels or any other labels are to be placed on Factory Package. 

COMMON CARRIER SHIPMENTS:
Larger items (over 75 lbs or on a pallet) will be shipped by common carrier (truck). If the item is being shipped to a residential location, a residential delivery charge may apply and is the responsibility of the customer. This includes an order being shipped to a "business" that is being operated from a residence. All truck shipped  items are "Tail-Gate Delivery Only. Customer are responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck and transporting the item(s) into their resident/business. Truck driver will not assist in off-loading items. In the event the customer does not have a loading dock or forklift, the freight company may be able to provide lift gate service, upon request, however, additional fees will apply.

For common carrier deliveries, we recommend that the merchandise be inspected BEFORE providing signature of acceptance. As a safeguard, we also strongly recommend that signature be “subject to inspection.” This way, if there is concealed damage that is not visible at the time of delivery, it allows for stronger recourse with the respective freight company. If there is any apparent damage, please report the delivery as damaged and refuse shipment.


PRICE MATCH
In no way is the "Price Match" intended to be a guarantee that we will be able to match all prices. Some companies will choose to sell a product below our cost, or at a level of profit that is below our absolute minimum. In the event that this occurs, we will notify you, the customer, that we regret we cannot match this particular price.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Gate Openers Unlimited, Corp may choose to cancel an order if there is a typographical error on price, with price being less then purchasing cost.   A full refund will be issued if both, Gate Openers Unlimited Corp. & Customer, you, cannot come to an agreement in new set price.
