Return & Warranty Policy
30-Day Return Policy
The original purchaser has a period of 30 days from the date of the order to return any purchased item for a refund.
Return Shipping Instructions
To ensure your return is processed without delays, the item must be returned in its original condition.
• Protect the Factory Packaging: To protect the original factory box from any additional shipping damage, you must place it inside an outer shipping carton.
• No Labels on the Original Box: Do not place shipping labels, tape, or any other markings directly on the factory package. Doing so may void the return or result in restocking fees.
Defective Merchandise & Warranties
Any warranty issues or defective merchandise are covered exclusively by the respective manufacturer's warranty. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at [email protected] so we can help guide you through the manufacturer's warranty claim process.
Fulfillment Errors & Missing Items
We strive for complete accuracy, but if a fulfillment error occurs at our warehouse (such as shipping the incorrect part or missing a component), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected].
• Incorrect Items Received: If you receive a part you did not order, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. Once the incorrect item is scanned by the carrier or received at our facility, we will immediately dispatch the correct item. Please remember to place the return label on an outer shipping carton, never directly on the manufacturer's packaging.
• Missing Components: If your order arrives incomplete, please retain all original packaging. Contact us immediately so we can verify the shipment weight and warehouse logs to expedite the missing parts to you.
Exchanges
We strictly replace items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or if a fulfillment error was made on our end.
• We do not process direct exchanges for customer ordering errors. Customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
• If you ordered the incorrect part for your system and need a different model, please return the original item for a refund or credit (following our standard 30-Day Return Policy ) and place a new, separate order for the correct part by contacting our office at 305-696-5443 or by email: [email protected]
