What This Receiver Logic Board Does
Sears Craftsman 139.30430 Receiver Logic Circuit Board is a replacement receiver logic board used in the 45DCT / 045DCT service-board family. The logic board is the control center of the garage door opener. It receives commands from remotes, keypads, wall controls, and safety inputs, then controls the motor logic and stored programming for the opener. When the original board fails, the opener may stop responding to transmitters, lose remote memory, show diagnostic LED issues, click without running, or operate intermittently after a power surge.
This page is written for the Sears Craftsman 139.30430 application and related LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Sears Craftsman board references in the same drive type, radio technology, learn-button color, and production range. Logic boards are highly specific parts. A board that looks close can still be wrong if the frequency, drive type, end panel, or harness layout does not match.
Compatibility and Application Details
This board family is commonly used with Select LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Sears Craftsman DC chain drive and DC belt drive garage door openers. It is tied to Security+ 2.0 tri-band radio platform and Yellow learn button on matching openers. It should not be used in older purple, red/orange, or green learn button openers. Use the model list below as researched guidance, then verify the original board label and opener parts diagram before ordering.

Technician Notes
- Match by opener model, board number, drive type, frequency, learn button color, and production range. Do not match this board by case shape only.
- If the replacement board comes mounted to a different end panel, some older Sears Craftsman applications may require matching the board to the original housing style. Verify before service.
- After board replacement, clear and reprogram remotes and keypads according to the opener manual. Test the wall control, safety sensors, force/travel settings, and remote operation before regular use.
- If the old board failed from lightning, water intrusion, pests, or a burned trace, inspect the outlet, wiring, photo eyes, wall station, and surge protection before installing another board.
Before Ordering Checklist
- Confirm the model number on the opener, not only the remote or keypad model.
- Confirm the original board number is in the 45DCT / 045DCT family or one of the related numbers listed above.
- Confirm the opener uses Yellow learn button on matching openers and Security+ 2.0 tri-band radio platform.
- Confirm the opener drive type is DC chain drive and DC belt drive.
- Take clear photos of the existing board, wire locations, and end panel before removing anything.
Professional Advisory
This is an internal electrical control component. Disconnect power before service and do not bypass photo eyes, wall controls, door locks, or any monitored safety device to force operation. If the opener has high-voltage damage, burned wiring, a stuck relay, water damage, missing safety sensors, or unsafe door movement, have a qualified garage door technician diagnose the system before replacing the board.
