Order Processing & Handling Time 
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. EST, excluding holidays.
In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock merchandise leave our Hialeah Gardens facility within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Orders received before 2pm which try to get shipped same day, if not, the order will ship the next day.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is not currently in stock at our warehouse, it will either ship directly from the manufacturer or require a 3-5 business day lead time to arrive at our facility before final dispatch.

Shipping Carriers & Methods 
We utilize UPS, FedEx, or USPS for standard parcel deliveries. The specific carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the most efficient route. If you require a specific carrier for your location, please note this in the special instructions section during the checkout process.

Delivery transit times vary depending on the destination, terminal locations, and weather conditions. Gate Openers Unlimited is not responsible for transit delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier or dispatched from the manufacturer's facility.

Freight & Common Carrier Shipments (Oversized Items) 
Heavy or oversized items (typically over 75 lbs. or items requiring a pallet) are shipped exclusively via common carrier (freight truck).
Expedited shipping is not available for freight items. In-stock freight items will still leave our facility within the standard 24-48 hour window.
Delivery Logistics: All freight shipments are "Delivery Only." The customer is responsible for unloading the merchandise from the truck and transporting it into the residence or business. Freight drivers will not assist in off-loading items.  
Additional Fees: If shipping to a residential address (including businesses operated out of a residence), a residential delivery charge may apply. If your location does not have a loading dock or forklift and you require lift gate service, additional fees will apply.

Local Pickup 
Customers in the South Florida area can skip the shipping transit time and pick up orders directly from our warehouse. Local pickup is available at 10900 NW 146th Street, Suite 107, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018. Please call 305-696-5443 for directions or to confirm your order is ready.

Inspecting Your Delivery 
We strongly recommend inspecting all merchandise at the time of delivery.
Standard Parcels: Please fully inspect your merchandise within 24 hours of delivery. If there are any problems with your order, contact customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Freight Deliveries: Inspect the merchandise before providing a signature of acceptance. As a safeguard, we strongly recommend signing the receipt as "subject to inspection." If there is apparent concealed damage, report the delivery as damaged to the driver and request an exemption number from driver, or you can refuse the shipment.
