NOTE: If used on other gate operator brands, lock requires 12 volt DC power source and a 12 Volt DC powered relay – for questions consult factory. The Automatic Gate Lock provides peace of mind and added security for your gate. The GTO FM144 Automatic Lock unlocks and locks automatically as the gate is activated to open and close. The GTO FM144 is wired directly to the gate opener's control box, and it is activated by any one of the many Mighty Mule or GTO / PRO Access Controls, including the Entry Transmitter, GTO RB741 the GTO FM139 Gate Opening Sensor, the GTO F310 Digital Keypad, or the GTO RB101 Push Button Control. The GTO FM144 provides maximum stability and security on GTO PRO gate openers, and is highly recommended for animal enclosures, high wind areas, and gates over 8 Ft. long. It comes with two keys for manual release of the gate lock. - The GTO FM 144 Automatic Gate Lock is compatible with all single and dual Mighty Mule or GTO swing gate openers, including the FM500, FM502, FM350,, 352, GTO PRO-,2000XL, 2002XL 000, PRO-3200, PRO-4000 PRO4200 and all XL models

For my new SW2000XL I purchased the GTO auto gate lock FM144, it took some precise tweaking for proper closure, but we had great customer service help from GTO. And it locks & unlocks perfectly now. Came with long cable to hook up to controller box. Always happy with my purchases at Gateopeners Unlimited and Arthur. 5 stars. Always FAST shipping. |

this is a replacement, the old one failed after 5 years, the locks works fine, will not have gates without the locks. dual gates 28 ft. wide. |

Very easy installation.
Owner recently rescued a large dog that was able to push open the gate leaf and escape. This lock solved the problem. |

This product was easy to install, with a little common sence. What we did was set the gate a close as possible to the closing position. tThen reallined the gate in it's close and lok position. Done ! I feelthat have it close a lock every time make for a much more secure enviroment. Let's not forget Author at Gate Openers Unlimited. Very confident and helpful. UUnderstood with just a few comment. |

Installed this lock on my Mighty Mule 350 opener which is on a panel gate and very susceptible to open partially on windy days. Followed installation instructions that came with the lock and was quite easy to install. The lock came with a small circuit board, but wasn't used on the MM350, but apparently is used on other opener models. I did however have to contact the Mighty Mule web site for wiring information which was not provided in the installation manual, it had pretty much all the various models illustrated, but the MM350. Must be an oversight on the manufactures end, Other than the lack of information about wiring, which turned out to be very simple, the lock is working flawlessly and I am very happy with the results and piece of mind knowing that the gate is more secure. Also the price was far more cheaper than local retailers offering the same lock and it arrived sooner than expected by 4 days!! I saved about 35% off the cost by buying through Gate Openers Unlimited and they have made a repeat customer out me, |

I installed this lock on my home gate after some vandals pushed the gate open. They were only able to push it about 5' and the gate operator bracket held well, only one bolt sheared but it held well enough that a car could not enter the gate opening. This lock installes easily and works very well, gives my wife peace of mind. Worth every penny! |
