Wrong Rev Counter x2, I called and talked with customer service to trouble shoot my gate motor issues and they told me a I needed a new Rev Counter, all good until this point. Then Gate openers unlimited shipped me the wrong Rev Counter. From there I went on line and bought the Rev Counter I needed per the picture on the web site, and they again shipped me the wrong Rev Counter. Now I have 2 Rev counters that are wrong. I have emailed them multiple times and tried to call twice with no answer. My guess is once you buy a product from this company you are on your own. The down side is they have the biggest inventory, just be aware that who ever loads the boxes to ship you your parts may not really care if they ship the right item. Shipping is also slow to the west coast but that is to be expected these days. |

Could not ask for better service and quick delivery! One gate would not open while other did. Replaced the board in minutes and it worked! |
