The K41-39254 reflector and bracket kit services the reflector side of a LiftMaster LMRRUL monitored retro-reflective photoelectric sensor installation. On this type of safety device, the sensor sends and receives the beam from a reflector across the protected opening. If the reflector is cracked, missing, loose, sun-damaged, poorly aimed, or mounted on a bent bracket, the gate operator may see a blocked or failed safety input and refuse to close, reverse unexpectedly, or display monitored photo eye faults.
