The EMX ULTRA-MVP is the single-channel multi-voltage detector in the ULTRALOOP family. It is a strong service replacement choice when the job requires broad voltage flexibility and a compact 11-pin detector format. The detector connects to a properly installed inductive loop and monitors the loop field for a vehicle. When a vehicle is present, it can operate its relay output according to the selected mode. For tight driveways, busy drive aisles, and parking controls, the Detect-On-Stop feature can help reduce nuisance activation from vehicles passing near the loop without stopping. It is not the same as the two-channel ULTRA-MVP-2, and it should not be used as a substitute when two independent loop inputs are required.
This compatibility list is written for common field use and product-family matching. Always verify the operator manual, control-board input, socket, wiring, voltage, and installed part number before ordering.

Loop detector problems are often caused by the loop circuit, pavement damage, moisture intrusion, incorrect socket wiring, or wrong output mode. Test the loop and verify the control input before assuming the detector alone is bad.
Vehicle loop detectors are control accessories and are not a substitute for required monitored safety photoeyes or safety edges. For high-voltage cabinets, unsafe gate movement, or unknown wiring, use a qualified gate technician.
ULTRA-MVP is the single-channel version. Use ULTRA-MVP-2 when the installation requires two independent loop channels in one detector.
Detect-On-Stop helps the detector respond when a vehicle comes to a stop on the loop, which can reduce nuisance detection from cross traffic in tight areas.
Only if the socket, wiring, voltage range, output functions, and operator requirements match. They are related multi-voltage loop detectors but not identical parts.
It must be connected to a properly installed loop within the supported inductance range. Damaged pavement loops can still cause faults or false detections.
Verify channel count, connector style, AC/DC voltage, loop condition, output mode, and whether the site needs single-channel ULTRA-MVP or two-channel ULTRA-MVP-2.
