AWID LR-MB-0-0, Mounting Bracket for LR Readers
The AWID LR-MB-0-0 is a mounting bracket used to position AWID LR-series UHF readers in a better read angle for vehicle and access control applications. Long-range reader performance is not determined by the reader alone. The bracket, lane geometry, credential style, mounting height, and aiming angle all work together. In many gate lanes, a reader mounted flat to a wall or cabinet may not face the credential at the right time, causing short read distance or inconsistent operation. The LR-MB helps move the reader into a more useful position and allows the installer to aim the reader toward the vehicle path.
