HySecurity MX000849, HOSE ASSEMBLIES, 26"&39.3" SR
The HySecurity MX000849 hose assembly is a replacement hydraulic hose set used on SwingRiser operators where the hydraulic cylinder hoses need to be restored to the correct factory routing and length. The uploaded product name identifies the set as 26 inch and 39.3 inch SR hose assemblies, and current replacement-part references describe MX000849 as replacement hydraulic hoses for the SwingRiser hydraulic cylinder. On a SwingRiser, correct hose length, fitting style, hose routing, and cylinder connection are important because the lift-and-swing motion depends on clean hydraulic flow and unrestricted movement through the post and cylinder area. A hose that is too short, routed incorrectly, or matched to the wrong fitting can rub, kink, leak, or restrict cylinder movement. This part should be selected by matching MX000849 to the SwingRiser parts diagram or hose order form, not by hose length alone.

Compatible With
- HySecurity SwingRiser operators when the parts diagram or hose order form calls for MX000849
- SwingRiser hydraulic cylinder service applications requiring the 26 inch and 39.3 inch hose assemblies
- Commonly associated with SR / SwingRiser post and cylinder hydraulic hose replacement
- May be used with SwingRiser single or twin systems only when the exact hose assembly location matches the factory parts breakdown
- Not intended as a generic replacement for HydraSwing, HydraLift, StrongArm, SlideDriver, or HydraSupply hoses unless MX000849 is specifically listed
Also Known As / Related Part Numbers
- MX000849
- HYS-MX000849
- Nice HySecurity MX000849
- HySecurity MX000849 hose assembly
- SwingRiser hydraulic hose assembly
- SR hose assembly
- 26 inch SwingRiser hose
- 39.3 inch SwingRiser hose
- Replacement hydraulic hoses for SwingRiser hydraulic cylinder
Technician Note
Measure and identify the original hose routing before removal. Photograph fitting orientation, clamp points, and hose path so the replacement hoses do not twist or rub during gate movement.
Before Ordering Checklist
- Confirm the operator is a HySecurity SwingRiser, not a HydraSwing or SlideDriver
- Match the original part number or parts diagram to MX000849
- Verify the needed hose lengths are the 26 inch and 39.3 inch SR hose assemblies
- Inspect cylinder fittings, adapters, and seals for damage before reinstalling
- Secure the gate and relieve hydraulic pressure before service
Professional Advisory
Hydraulic hose replacement affects gate movement and pressure containment. If the hose is leaking under pressure, the gate drops, or the operator has unstable movement, have the hydraulic system serviced by a qualified HySecurity gate technician.
Important Ordering Warnings
- Do not substitute a hose based only on approximate length; fitting style and routing matter
- Do not operate the gate with a leaking or kinked hydraulic hose
- Hydraulic pressure can create unsafe movement if the gate is not secured before service
Product Questions and Answers
What is HySecurity MX000849 used for?
MX000849 is used as a replacement hydraulic hose assembly set for SwingRiser hydraulic cylinder applications.
Does MX000849 fit HydraSwing operators?
Not by default. It should be used on SwingRiser applications unless a HySecurity parts diagram specifically calls for MX000849 elsewhere.
Why do the hose lengths matter?
Correct hose length helps prevent rubbing, kinking, pulling at fittings, and restricted hydraulic movement during the SwingRiser cycle.
Should I replace both hoses at the same time?
If both hoses are part of the matched assembly or are aged similarly, replacing the set can reduce future leaks and routing issues.
Can this hose be installed without a technician?
Hydraulic hose service should be handled by a qualified gate technician because pressure, gate support, and bleeding procedures can affect safe operation.
