HySecurity MX000911, Heater, 230VAC (Strip Only)
The HySecurity MX000911 is a 230 VAC cold-weather heater strip used in compatible HySecurity operators where the installed heater assembly calls for this exact strip. HySecurity heater systems are used to support reliable operation in cold climates by adding controlled heat inside the operator enclosure or hydraulic power area. This listing is for the strip only, which means existing brackets, thermostat, fuse protection, wiring, and enclosure mounting hardware must be verified before purchase. The important ordering point is voltage: MX000911 is the 230 VAC strip and should not be substituted with the 115V, 230V, or 460V version unless the operator wiring diagram and heater kit call for that voltage. Use the operator model, incoming power, heater diagram, and original part number to confirm fitment.

Confirm the heater strip voltage against the operator nameplate and heater wiring diagram. A 230 VAC strip installed into the wrong circuit can create an unsafe electrical condition or immediate heater failure.
Before Ordering Checklist
- Confirm the operator family and heater kit call for this part number
- Verify the heater circuit is 230 VAC
- Determine whether you need the strip only or a complete heater kit
- Inspect thermostat, fuse holder, wiring, and mounting bracket before ordering
- Use a qualified technician for high-voltage heater wiring
Professional Advisory
Heater circuits are high-voltage accessories. Do not bypass the thermostat or fuse protection, and do not work inside a powered operator enclosure.
Important Ordering Warnings
- Do not substitute heater-strip voltage
- This is the heater strip only, not necessarily the full kit
- High-voltage wiring should be serviced only by qualified personnel
