HySecurity MX002545, HOSE ASSY, KIT, M30 NP
HySecurity MX002545 is a factory replacement hose assembly kit for the StrongArm M30/M50 NP no-power hydraulic system. In the field, this is the kind of part a technician looks at when a StrongArm crash barrier has visible hose wear, hydraulic seepage at the fitting, damaged quick disconnects, or hose routing that has been disturbed during service. The hose kit is not just a generic length of hydraulic hose; it is tied to the M30/M50 NP hydraulic layout and should match the hose path, fitting type, and connection points shown in the operator parts diagram.
This kit is commonly associated with StrongArm M30/M50 no-power models where the hydraulic panel and pump pack use service hoses with quick-disconnect fittings. Since HySecurity M30/M50 crash equipment can be configured differently by model, arm length, hydraulic package, and site layout, fitment should be confirmed with the original operator documentation instead of assuming that every StrongArm hose kit is the same.
Compatible With
Compatibility should be verified by the HySecurity parts diagram, operator serial number, and the part number on the original component before ordering.
- HySecurity StrongArm M30 NP no-power crash barrier operators
- HySecurity StrongArm M50 NP no-power crash barrier operators
- StrongArmCrash M30/M50 NP hydraulic panel service applications
- M30/M50 NP pump pack and hose replacement work where MX002545 is shown
- Select HySecurity / Nice HySecurity HVM applications using the four-hose no-power M30/M50 kit
- Not intended for powered M30/M50 hose layouts unless the parts diagram specifically calls for MX002545
- Not a universal hose kit for SlideDriver, HydraWedge, HydraSwing, HydraLift, bollards, or non-NP StrongArm systems

Technician Note
Do not order by hose appearance alone. Confirm that the operator is the M30/M50 NP no-power version and that the existing hose routing and quick-disconnect style match the service drawing.
Before Ordering
- Confirm the operator is StrongArm M30 or StrongArm M50 NP no-power.
- Compare the original hose routing, fitting ends, and hose count.
- Check for contamination in the hydraulic system before installing new hoses.
- Inspect the pump pack, manifold, fittings, and fluid condition if a hose failed.
- Use a qualified HySecurity technician for hydraulic service on crash-rated equipment.
Professional Advisory
Hydraulic hose replacement on hostile vehicle mitigation equipment should be handled carefully. A leak, incorrect fitting, trapped air, or wrong hose routing can affect movement and stopping performance.
Important Ordering Warnings
- Do not substitute generic hydraulic hose without matching pressure rating, fitting type, length, and routing.
- Do not loosen hydraulic lines on a pressurized system.
- StrongArm crash-rated equipment should be serviced by trained personnel familiar with HySecurity hydraulic systems.
Product Questions and Answers
What is HySecurity MX002545 used for?
MX002545 is used as a hose assembly kit for StrongArm M30/M50 NP no-power hydraulic applications where the parts diagram calls for this hose kit.
Does this fit every StrongArm M30 or M50?
No. It is specifically associated with M30/M50 NP no-power models. Powered configurations or different hydraulic layouts may use different hoses.
How many hoses are associated with this kit?
Public product references commonly describe MX002545 as a four-hose kit with quick-disconnect fittings, but the installed layout should still be checked.
Should I replace only the leaking hose or the full kit?
That depends on hose condition, age, and service access. If multiple hoses show wear or the system was disturbed, replacing the kit may be more practical.
Can a standard hydraulic shop make this hose?
Only if the hose rating, length, fitting type, and routing match exactly. For a crash-rated HySecurity system, using the OEM kit is usually the safer ordering path.
