HySecurity MX3053-02, BRACKET, RH, ARTIC.ARM PIVOT
This bracket is part of the mechanical support system for a HySecurity articulating arm assembly. Brackets in this area carry load, control pivot geometry, and help the arm move through the correct path. A bent, cracked, wallowed-out, or incorrectly installed bracket can cause uneven arm movement, binding, noise, fastener wear, or damage to adjacent pivot hardware.
MX3053-02 is the right-hand pivot bracket version in the articulating arm bracket family. The right-hand geometry and mounting relationship must match the arm assembly. Ordering the left-hand bracket by mistake can create fitment problems, pivot misalignment, and binding, especially on a high-load anti-ram arm system.
Compatible With
Compatibility should be verified by the HySecurity parts diagram, operator serial number, and the part number on the original component before ordering.
- Select HySecurity StrongArm / StrongArmCrash articulating arm assemblies where MX3053-02 is specified
- Right-hand articulating arm pivot bracket service applications
- Supported HySecurity anti-ram / SAM arm pivot assemblies requiring the RH bracket
- Not interchangeable with MX3053-01 left-hand bracket unless HySecurity confirms otherwise
- Not the MX3052 chassis-side bracket
- Not a universal pivot bracket for every HySecurity arm

Technician Note
Match the bracket side before ordering. If the original bracket is missing or badly damaged, use the official parts diagram and the remaining arm hardware to identify the correct right-hand part.
Before Ordering
- Confirm the part number MX3053-02.
- Verify right-hand location and bracket orientation.
- Compare hole pattern, casting shape, and pivot hardware.
- Inspect the matching left-hand bracket for impact damage.
- Check arm movement and alignment after repair.
Professional Advisory
Right-hand pivot bracket service should be performed with the arm supported and the operator disabled so the linkage cannot move unexpectedly.
Important Ordering Warnings
- Do not install a left-hand bracket in a right-hand location.
- Do not operate the unit with loose pivot hardware.
- Do not assume a bracket fits only because the bolt holes appear close.
Product Questions and Answers
What side is MX3053-02?
MX3053-02 is the right-hand articulating arm pivot bracket.
Can I use MX3053-01 instead?
No, not unless the parts diagram or HySecurity confirms the installation can use that part. MX3053-01 is the left-hand bracket.
Is this the same as MX3052?
No. MX3052 is an articulating arm to chassis bracket. MX3053-02 is a right-hand pivot bracket.
What should be checked during replacement?
Check pivot pins, bushings, fasteners, the opposite bracket, arm alignment, and signs of impact damage.
Why is exact fitment important?
Incorrect bracket geometry can cause binding, misalignment, accelerated wear, and unsafe arm movement.
