ANSI #40 roller chain precut to 21 links for Linear SWD and CRS gate operators. The Linear 2200-673 is an OEM-grade replacement component designed for Linear and OSCO gate operator systems. This roller chain provides reliable performance as a direct factory replacement part. Proper installation per the Linear operator service manual ensures correct operation and maintains gate operator warranty compliance.
A: The 21-link length is factory-specified for the drive assembly in the SWD and CRS gate operator models, ensuring proper chain tension and sprocket engagement.
A: SWD stands for Swing Wing Drive and CRS stands for Carriage Return System, both being Linear/OSCO gate operator configurations that use a short #40 chain segment in their drive mechanism.
A: ANSI #40 roller chain has a 1/2-inch pitch.
A: The 21-link precut length is specific to SWD and CRS drive configurations. Measure the existing chain or consult the operator's parts diagram before ordering for other applications.
A: A short precut chain segment is common in arm or carriage drive mechanisms where the chain loop is small and a precise length is critical for proper function.
