Marantec 106141 Synergy Sprocket Shaft Adapter
The Marantec 106141 adapter is a small but important sprocket-area component used in select Synergy rail drive service. In the opener drive system, sprocket and shaft components must line up correctly so the belt or chain rail can move smoothly without binding, slipping, or wearing the rail hardware. A worn, missing, or damaged adapter can cause poor engagement in the sprocket area and may appear during rail or sprocket holder repair.
This part should be selected by original part number or by the Marantec rail parts diagram. It is commonly associated with Synergy LC sprocket service listings, but Marantec rail systems include several different sprocket holders, belt connectors, chain connectors, end assemblies, and rail lengths. Do not substitute 106141 for other rail hardware unless the manual confirms it. The correct rail type and drive style should be confirmed before ordering.
Compatible With
- Marantec Synergy LC rail and sprocket applications where part number 106141 is listed
- Select Marantec Synergy sprocket holder or shaft service applications using the matching adapter
- Marantec rail drive repairs where the original adapter is marked or referenced as 106141
- Not a replacement for belt connector kits, chain connector kits, rail end assemblies, or full sprocket holder assemblies unless specified

Technician Note
If a sprocket adapter is worn or missing, inspect the surrounding sprocket holder, rail, belt or chain, trolley, and tension before returning the opener to service. Replacing only one small part may not correct rail noise if the sprocket holder or rail drive is damaged.
Before Ordering Checklist
- Confirm the original part number is 106141
- Identify whether the rail is belt, chain, Synergy LC, or another Marantec rail type
- Inspect the sprocket holder and rail end components for wear
- Check for stripped, cracked, or missing related hardware
- Do not order by appearance only because several Marantec rail parts are similar in size
Professional Advisory
This is a mechanical rail-drive service part. Disconnect power, release the opener from the door as required by the manual, and verify smooth manual door operation before servicing drive components.
Important Ordering Warnings
- 106141 should not be confused with belt connector or chain connector kits.
- If the rail or sprocket holder is damaged, this adapter alone may not restore proper operation.
Product Questions and Answers
Is Marantec 106141 a complete sprocket holder assembly?
No. It is an adapter used in the sprocket/shaft area. Complete sprocket holder assemblies and rail connector kits are separate parts.
What model family is this adapter commonly associated with?
It is commonly associated with Marantec Synergy sprocket service, including Synergy LC references, when the parts diagram lists 106141.
Can this fix a noisy Marantec rail?
It may help only if the adapter is the failed part. A noisy rail can also come from a worn sprocket holder, loose belt or chain, damaged trolley, or door balance problem.
Does this adapter fit both belt and chain rails?
Do not assume that. Match the rail type and parts diagram before ordering because belt and chain rail components can differ.
What should be checked before replacing this part?
Check the original adapter number, rail type, sprocket holder condition, belt or chain condition, and trolley movement.
