Marantec 122468, 4 Channel Remote/Transmitter 315 MHz / Visor or Wall Mount
The Marantec 122468 Digital 384 4-Channel is a genuine-style 315 MHz transmitter used for adding or replacing handheld control on compatible Marantec garage door opener systems. It sends a coded radio signal to the opener or Marantec receiver so the door can be opened, closed, or assigned to another supported accessory output without running new wall-control wiring.
This part is best matched by frequency and coding platform, not only by the shape of the case. Marantec has used different radio families over the years, so the opener label, original remote, or receiver should be checked before ordering. For current 315 MHz Marantec systems, this remote is commonly used across Synergy, M-Line, Q-Line, and compatible external receiver installations. Visor or wall-mount style remote for up to four functions.

Technician Note
Program the remote according to the opener instructions. If the opener does not respond during programming, verify the radio frequency first; a visually similar Marantec remote from another frequency family will not learn into the receiver.
Before Ordering Checklist
- Confirm the opener or receiver is Marantec 315 MHz
- Compare the old remote part number or model family when available
- Confirm the number of buttons needed for the door count or accessory functions
- Do not order for LiftMaster, Genie, Linear, Multi-Code, or Delta-3 systems
- Check whether an older Marantec opener has been upgraded with an external receiver
Professional Advisory
Radio programming should be done with the door in sight and the area clear of people and obstructions. If the opener will not program after confirming frequency, a technician should inspect the receiver, antenna, wall control lock setting, and opener logic board.
Product Questions & Answers
Will the Marantec 122468 remote work with any Marantec opener?
It works with Marantec openers using the compatible 315 MHz radio platform. Older 40 MHz, 390 MHz, or 433 MHz Marantec systems need to be checked by opener label or receiver before ordering.
How many doors can the 122468 control?
This 4-channel transmitter can control up to 4 Marantec operators or compatible external receiver functions when each button is programmed separately.
Is this remote HomeLink compatible?
Marantec 315 MHz remotes are commonly associated with HomeLink compatible Marantec systems, but the vehicle and opener generation can affect setup. Follow the opener and vehicle programming instructions.
Can this replace an older M3-series Marantec remote?
It may replace or cross to older M3-series 315 MHz Marantec remote references when the opener or receiver uses the same 315 MHz Marantec coding platform.
Will this work with LiftMaster, Genie, or Linear remotes?
No. This is for compatible Marantec 315 MHz radio systems and should not be ordered as a replacement for LiftMaster Security+, Genie Intellicode, Linear MegaCode, Multi-Code, or Delta-3 formats.
