ANSI #35 60-pitch loop chain with master link for Genie commercial door operators. This is a genuine Genie OEM replacement part designated Genie 110877.0060.S, classified as Drive Chain. Material: Carbon steel, meets ANSI B29.1. Dimensions: Pitch: 0.375 in (9.525 mm); Roller dia: 0.200 in; Inner width: 0.188 in; 60 pitches; Assembled length: 22.5 in (571.5 mm) loop. Mounting: Endless loop installed over drive sprocket and driven sprocket; secured with master link.
A: At 60 pitches x 0.375 in, the assembled loop length is 22.5 in (571.5 mm). This is 2 pitches - 0.75 in - longer than the 58-pitch 0058 variant.
A: The 0060 is standard carbon steel with a master link. The 2060 is the same 60-pitch loop but features nickel plating for enhanced corrosion resistance. They differ in surface finish and corrosion performance.
A: The 0xxx prefix indicates a standard loop chain with a master link (connecting link). This allows the chain to be opened and closed without special tools, simplifying installation and replacement.
A: ANSI #35 chain has a tensile strength of approximately 2,320 lbf per ANSI B29.1. Verify that your Genie operator's load requirements include an appropriate safety factor below this limit.
A: For standard indoor commercial environments, the carbon steel 0060 is appropriate with regular lubrication. For humid, coastal, or washdown environments, the nickel-plated 2060 variant offers superior corrosion resistance.
