LiftMaster ACKIT 315MHz Access Value Pack (3) 371LM Remotes and (1) 877MAX Keypad
This LiftMaster ACKIT value pack is a ready-to-order access package that includes 3 LiftMaster 371LM one-button remote controls and one LiftMaster 877MAX wireless keyless entry keypad. It is meant for customers who need a matching set of handheld remote access and keypad entry for a compatible opener, rather than buying the remote and keypad separately. For a home, small shop, or service counter sale, this kit is a clean way to provide daily vehicle access plus outside keypad access in one order.
The most important compatibility detail is the 371LM remote. The 371LM is a Security+ 315 MHz remote for purple learn button applications. The 877MAX keypad is broader and can work with green, orange/red, purple, and yellow circle learn-button systems, but when the kit is sold as a complete set for the same opener, the opener must be compatible with the 371LM remote. That means this ACKIT page should be treated primarily as a 315 MHz purple learn button access kit.
For customers replacing older 315 MHz remotes or adding keypad access to an existing LiftMaster-family opener, this kit helps keep the accessory package simple. The remotes cover vehicle access, while the keypad provides PIN-code entry from outside the garage. It is not a complete opener kit and it does not change the radio technology of the opener. The opener or receiver must already support the included 371LM remote and 877MAX keypad programming.
Compatible With
This access kit may be used with the following compatible systems and accessory families when the opener or receiver supports the included devices:
- LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Sears, and Craftsman openers or compatible receivers using Security+ 315 MHz purple learn button technology.
- Purple learn button opener applications where 371LM one-button remotes are listed as compatible.
- Security+ 315 MHz gate operator or receiver applications where 371LM remote programming is supported.
- 877MAX keypad applications using green, orange/red, purple, or yellow circle learn-button technology, although the complete kit is best matched to purple learn button systems because of the included 371LM remote.
- Common 370 Series 315 MHz accessory families, including 371LM single-button and related 373LM three-button remote families when the opener uses purple learn button technology.
- Not a complete kit for yellow learn button Security+ 2.0 systems if the included 371LM remotes are expected to operate the opener.
- Not for older red/orange Security+ 390 MHz or green Billion Code applications when the included 371LM remotes must be used on the same opener.

Technician Note
Technician note: sell this ACKIT package by the 371LM remote compatibility first. The 877MAX keypad is flexible, but a customer buying the bundle usually expects every included device to operate the same opener.
Before Ordering
- Confirm the opener has a purple learn button or supports Security+ 315 MHz remote programming.
- Do not rely only on the keypad compatibility; the included 371LM remotes are the limiting accessory in this kit.
- Check whether the customer needs one, two, or three handheld remotes before choosing ACKIT, ACKIT-2, or ACKIT-3.
- Make sure the opener has a working safety system and can be operated normally before adding accessories.
- For gate or commercial receivers, verify receiver memory capacity before adding several transmitters.
Professional Advisory
Professional advisory: keypad and remote programming should be done with the door or gate in full view. Do not use newly programmed access devices to operate equipment with failed safety photo eyes, missing entrapment protection, or unsafe door movement.
Product Questions & Answers
What comes in this ACKIT package?
This package includes 3 LiftMaster 371LM one-button remote controls and one LiftMaster 877MAX wireless keyless entry keypad.
Why is this called a 315MHz access pack?
The included 371LM remote is a Security+ 315 MHz remote used with compatible purple learn button opener and receiver applications.
Will the 877MAX keypad work with more systems than the remotes?
Yes. The 877MAX keypad has broader learn-button coverage, but the complete kit should be matched to the 371LM remote when all included accessories must operate the same opener.
Can I use this kit on a yellow learn button Security+ 2.0 opener?
The keypad may support yellow learn button systems, but the included 371LM remotes are not Security+ 2.0 remotes, so this is not the correct complete kit for that use.
Which kit should I choose if I need more remotes?
Choose the ACKIT version with the number of 371LM remotes needed for the vehicles or users, then confirm the opener supports 315 MHz purple learn button programming.
