LiftMaster ACKIT Access Pack with 888LM myQ Control Panel and 877LM Wireless Keypad
The LiftMaster ACKIT access pack is a residential garage door opener accessory bundle that pairs an 888LM myQ control panel with an 877LM wireless keyless entry keypad. It is built for compatible Security+ 2.0 systems where the opener supports the myQ wall control platform and yellow learn button accessory programming.
This package gives the customer two common access upgrades in one kit: an interior control panel for daily garage operation and an exterior keypad for code-based entry. It is commonly used when replacing old controls, adding keypad access, or improving a compatible residential opener setup without changing the powerhead.
What This Part Does
The 888LM wall control communicates through the opener wall-control circuit and provides inside door and light control on compatible myQ-enabled systems. The 877LM wireless keypad programs to the opener receiver and allows the door to be opened with a programmed PIN.
A kit like this can help when an opener works properly but the customer needs a new wall station, wants exterior keypad access, or is updating accessories on a yellow learn button residential opener. It should not be used to solve motor, logic board, travel, or safety sensor problems.
Compatible With
This kit is commonly associated with compatible LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Craftsman, and Raynor residential garage door openers using Security+ 2.0 yellow learn button technology and the proper wall control wiring. Compatibility depends on opener model, production generation, and accessory support.

Technician Note
The two included accessories must both match the opener system. A yellow learn button is a strong clue for the keypad, but the wall control side also depends on whether the opener supports the 888LM/myQ control panel wiring and features.
If the existing wall control is dead, check for wiring shorts, damaged terminals, or logic board issues before replacing only the accessory.
Before Ordering, Confirm
- Confirm the opener is a compatible residential Security+ 2.0 yellow learn button unit.
- Confirm the opener supports the 888LM or updated wall control replacement.
- Confirm the customer needs both a wall control and wireless keypad.
- Check whether the existing wall control wiring is intact.
- Verify this is not being used on a commercial door operator or gate operator.
Professional Advisory
Disconnect power before servicing wired wall control connections. After installation, program and test the keypad, wall control, lights, travel, and safety reversal system from a safe location. Do not use accessories to bypass failed safety devices or unsafe door movement.
Questions & Answers

What type of opener is this kit used with?
It is commonly used with select LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Craftsman, and Raynor residential openers that use Security+ 2.0 yellow learn button technology and support the included wall control.

No. This access pack is intended for compatible residential garage door openers, not commercial door operators or gate operators.
