The LiftMaster FA70LM is a replacement control box enclosure for select LA350 swing gate operator installations. On an LA350 system, the enclosure protects the control electronics and wiring from weather, debris, insects, and jobsite damage. A cracked or poorly sealed box can let moisture reach the board, terminals, battery wiring, or accessory connections, which can create intermittent gate operation that looks like a bad board, weak battery, or accessory problem. This part should be treated as an enclosure service part only. It does not include the electronics that make the gate operate unless your listing or packaging specifically states otherwise.
