Liftmaster K19-2075, CHAIN, #50X75, NO ML
The LiftMaster K19-2075 is a #50 roller chain cut to a 75-pitch service length and supplied without a master link. In compatible swing gate operators, this chain works with the drive sprocket system to transfer motor and gearbox movement through the mechanical drive. When the chain stretches or wears, the operator may sound rough, lose smooth gate movement, or show uneven travel under load. Because this is a fixed-length service chain, a chain that is only close in pitch count can cause tensioning problems or poor sprocket engagement. Replace worn sprockets or master links as needed so the new chain does not run on damaged hardware.

Technician Note
Chain, spring, and limit-system parts should be matched by the original part number and by the operator parts diagram. Similar-looking parts can vary by chain size, pitch count, spring dimension, operator generation, finish, and whether a master link is included.
Before Ordering Checklist
- Confirm the manufacturer part number on the old part or parts diagram
- Verify the operator model and generation
- Compare chain size, pitch count, finish, spring size, or kit contents as applicable
- Inspect related sprockets, bearings, clips, brackets, and limit hardware for wear
- Do not substitute a different chain size, spring, or master link without confirming the parts diagram
Professional Advisory
Gate operators, barrier systems, and traffic control equipment include moving mechanical parts that can create pinch, crush, or stored-tension hazards. Disconnect power where required and use a qualified gate technician when servicing drive chains, limit systems, torsion springs, or traffic spike hardware.
Product Questions & Answers
Does K19-2075 include a master link?
No. This chain is supplied as a #50 x 75 chain with no master link.
What model is K19-2075 commonly used with?
It is commonly listed for the LiftMaster SW490GL swing gate operator when confirmed by the parts diagram.
What should I check before replacing this chain?
Check the original chain size, pitch count, sprocket condition, chain tension, and whether a separate #50 master link is needed.
Can a longer or shorter #50 chain be substituted?
No. The chain length must match the operator drive layout. A wrong pitch count can cause tension and alignment problems.
What happens when this chain is worn?
A worn chain may stretch, chatter, climb sprocket teeth, create uneven movement, or make the operator sound rough under load.
