HySecurity MX5351, XtremeDrive Wheel, Replacement, 6 inch with lug nuts
HySecurity MX5351 is the replacement 6 inch XtremeDrive wheel with lug nuts for SlideDriver operators using the newer XtremeDrive wheel system. It is the wheel-only kit, not the full wheel-and-hub conversion kit. HySecurity issued updated 6 inch and 8 inch XtremeDrive wheel assemblies to mechanically match the updated AdvanceDrive wheel assemblies, with separate kit numbers for wheel-only, wheel-and-hub, and lug-nut-only service. This part is used when the existing hub is serviceable and only the 6 inch wheel and lug nuts need replacement. Confirm the operator uses a 6 inch XtremeDrive wheel, not an 8 inch wheel, smooth wheel, AdvanceDrive wheel, or full hub conversion kit.
Compatible With
- SlideDriver operator models using 6 inch XtremeDrive wheels
- SlideDriver and SlideDriver II applications where the parts diagram calls for MX5351
- XtremeDrive wheel systems where the existing hub is reusable
- Replacement wheel-only service where lug nuts are included but the hub is not needed

Technician Note
Inspect the wheel hub, shaft key, clamping bolt, and wheel mounting bolts before ordering wheel-only service parts. If the hub is worn or the old design requires conversion, the wheel-and-hub kit may be the correct repair.
Before Ordering Checklist
- Confirm 6 inch wheel diameter
- Inspect whether the hub is reusable
- Check for rack wear or uneven XtremeDrive engagement
- Confirm lug nuts and wheel bolts are present and correct
- Verify the operator is not using an 8 inch XtremeDrive wheel
Professional Advisory
Wheel replacement requires proper torque and alignment. The gate should roll freely before service, and rack contact should be checked after installation.
Important Ordering Warning
MX5351 is wheel-only with lug nuts. Do not order it when the wheel hub must also be replaced.
