HySecurity MX5939, WHEELKIT, CONVERSION W/HUB, ALUM, ADV 6 IN 10PK
The HySecurity MX5939 is a 6 inch aluminum AdvanceDrive wheel conversion kit with hub, supplied as a 10-pack, for select HySecurity / Nice HySecurity SlideDriver gate operator applications. This bulk kit is useful for service inventory, multi-operator sites, and larger maintenance projects where several 6 inch AdvanceDrive wheel-and-hub assemblies are being replaced or converted.
AdvanceDrive wheels are part of the HySecurity SlideDriver traction system. The wheel and hub should be matched by wheel diameter, hub style, drive rail type, mounting hardware, operator model, and current HySecurity service instructions before ordering. This kit should not be confused with 8 inch AdvanceDrive wheel kits, XtremeDrive cogged wheel kits, or wheel-only replacement parts.
What This AdvanceDrive Wheel Conversion Kit Does
The AdvanceDrive wheel assembly transfers operator drive force to the slide gate through the drive rail. The wheel and hub work with the drive arms, wheel mounts, clamping force, and a properly aligned drive rail to move the gate smoothly and consistently.
When the wheel surface, hub, lug nuts, or mounting hardware is worn or damaged, the operator may slip, chatter, lose traction, wear the drive rail, or move unevenly. Replacing the wheel and hub as a matched conversion kit helps restore the correct drive-wheel setup where the current HySecurity parts diagram and service instructions call for a 6 inch AdvanceDrive wheel conversion kit with hub.
Compatible With
This wheel conversion kit may be used with the following applications where the current HySecurity parts diagram or service instructions confirm fitment:
- Select HySecurity SlideDriver operators using 6 inch AdvanceDrive wheels
- SlideDriver 15, SlideDriver 40, and SlideDriver 30F applications where the 6 inch AdvanceDrive wheel-and-hub assembly is specified
- Applications where the related single 6 inch AdvanceDrive wheel assembly, MX002707, is listed and a bulk 10-pack conversion kit is needed
- Applications where the related 6 inch aluminum wheel conversion kit with hub, MX002027, is listed and MX5939 is being used as the bulk-pack version
- Service stock for multiple SlideDriver operators requiring 6 inch AdvanceDrive wheel conversion kits with hubs
- Repairs where the original wheel conversion kit is marked, listed, or cross-referenced as MX5939
Important: Do not assume MX5939 fits every SlideDriver model or every HySecurity slide gate operator. Confirm the operator model, wheel diameter, drive rail style, hub requirement, and current HySecurity parts diagram before ordering.
Similar Parts That Are Not Interchangeable
AdvanceDrive wheel kits, XtremeDrive wheel kits, hubs, lug nuts, hardware kits, and rack kits can be easy to mix up. Wheel diameter, wheel style, hub design, lug nut type, rack requirement, and drive rail setup must match the operator.

- 8 inch AdvanceDrive wheel applications
- XtremeDrive cogged wheel and rack applications unless the operator is being converted according to HySecurity documentation
- Wheel-only repairs where the hub is not being replaced and a wheel-only kit is specified
- Non-HySecurity slide gate operators unless the manufacturer specifically confirms compatibility
- Hydraulic pump, motor, gearbox, or controller repairs unrelated to the drive wheel system
- Slide gates with bent drive rail, poor alignment, worn rollers, sagging frames, or mechanical binding that has not been corrected
- Bypassing safety devices, limits, controller protections, manual release, or entrapment protection
Important Compatibility Warning
The MX5939 kit is a 10-pack of 6 inch aluminum AdvanceDrive wheel conversion kits with hubs. It is not the same as the 8 inch MX5854 bulk kit, a single MX002707 wheel-and-hub assembly, the MX002027 single conversion kit, a wheel-only replacement, or an XtremeDrive cogged wheel kit.
AdvanceDrive wheel replacement should not be used to cover up a gate problem. Before replacing wheels, confirm the gate rolls freely, the drive rail is straight and properly aligned, the operator chassis is set correctly, the drive arms and wheel mounts are serviceable, and the gate is not dragging or binding.

Technician Note
Before replacing AdvanceDrive wheels, inspect the full SlideDriver drive system. Slipping, chatter, uneven travel, or wheel wear may be caused by worn wheels, but it can also be caused by a bent drive rail, improper wheel clamping, loose drive arms, worn pivots, poor gate alignment, bad rollers, gate drag, or an operator that is not square to the rail.
Confirm the wheel diameter before ordering. The 6 inch AdvanceDrive wheel kits are not interchangeable with 8 inch AdvanceDrive kits, and AdvanceDrive wheels are not the same as XtremeDrive cogged wheels used with XtremeDrive rack.
Before Ordering, Confirm
- The original or required part number is MX5939.
- The operator uses 6 inch AdvanceDrive wheels.
- A 10-pack of wheel conversion kits with hubs is the correct quantity for the job.
- The repair requires the hub to be replaced, not only the wheel.
- The operator is not using an 8 inch AdvanceDrive wheel or an XtremeDrive cogged wheel and rack setup.
- The drive rail is straight, properly aligned, and suitable for continued use.
- The drive wheel mounts, drive arms, pivots, clamping components, and manual release are serviceable.
- The correct lug nuts, clamping screws, hub hardware, washers, and torque requirements have been verified.
- The package contents include all hardware needed for the repair, or related hardware is being ordered separately.
- The gate is mechanically sound and not binding, dragging, sagging, or poorly aligned.
Installation and Service Notes
- Turn off power and follow proper lockout procedures before working around drive wheels or moving gate parts.
- Release wheel pressure according to the operator service procedure before removing the wheel assembly.
- Inspect the wheel hub, lug nuts, clamping screw, drive arm, pivot hardware, and drive rail before installing the replacement kit.
- Follow current HySecurity torque guidance for hub bolts, lug nuts, and clamping hardware.
- Do not reuse damaged lug nuts, worn hub hardware, stripped fasteners, or distorted wheel parts.
- Confirm wheel alignment and drive rail contact before running the operator under load.
- After installation, test gate movement, traction, stopping points, manual release, limits, obstruction response, photo eyes, safety edges, and all required safety devices.
Professional Advisory
The MX5939 AdvanceDrive wheel conversion kit is part of the SlideDriver drive system. Installation should be performed by a qualified gate technician when the work involves heavy slide gates, drive wheel replacement, drive rail alignment, wheel clamping, hub hardware, manual release adjustment, or unknown prior modifications.
Do not bypass limits, photo eyes, safety edges, vehicle detection, entrapment protection, controller protections, manual release functions, or operator safeguards to complete a wheel replacement. If the gate does not roll freely or the drive rail is not straight and properly supported, correct the gate mechanics before relying on new wheels to improve movement.
