Liftmaster K75-19096 Drive Wheel Replacement Kit, 1HP HS670 Gate Openers
The LiftMaster K75-19096 drive wheel kit is a replacement wheel set for 1 HP HS670 slide gate operator applications. The drive wheels are the contact point that allow the operator to move the gate. When the wheel surface is worn, hardened, cracked, or contaminated, the operator may lose traction and the gate may move slowly, slip under load, or stop short of the intended position.
This kit is commonly described as a pair of drive wheels for the 1 HP HS670 setup. It is important to confirm horsepower because the 1 HP and 2 HP HS670 drive wheel kits are separate parts. This is not a universal drive wheel kit for every LiftMaster slide gate operator. Always use the operator model tag and parts breakdown to confirm the correct wheel set.

- Confirm the operator is the 1 HP version.
- Compare the existing wheel style.
- Check the replacement parts diagram for K75-19096.
- Inspect the gate and track for conditions that caused the old wheels to wear.
Professional Advisory
Slide gate drive wheel service can involve pinch points and stored gate movement. Secure the gate and have a qualified gate technician perform service if the gate is heavy, binding, or unsafe.
