We ordered the product hoping it would solve the problem for our gate, but it did not. There were more problems in the arm and we had to replace the entire arm. Great customer service from Gate Openers Unlimited! Thank You! |

My order got lost and/or delayed due to what appeared to be USPS procedures. Gate Openers offered to send me another Counter Board at no charge and trust me to return the lost item if and when it was ever delivered. Great customer service. Control Board arrived in good shape. Was packed well and works as it is supposed to. |
